- Shipping Policy
- We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Weekend deliveries are not available. Most orders (except custom orders) are filled and shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. We use FedEx and DB Schenker as our primary delivery companies; however, other carriers may be requested. Though we strive to honor your requests, we reserve the right to change the shipping carrier if needed.
- Return & Exchange Policy
- All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of ADI. We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee for returned goods. Customers must notify us to get approval for returned goods. Returns must be made no later than 14 days after the date of purchase. Returned products must be in original packaging. CUSTOM PRODUCED PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use.
- Order Cancellation Policy
- We will make every effort to cancel orders when requested. You will be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point where your order can be cancelled. These costs may include shipping, restocking and other fees. There are no cancellations of custom or special orders.

- We believe that the confidentiality and protection of our visitors' information is extremely important. This is why we want you to know how we will handle information we obtain about you when you visit our site. We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our site unless you choose to provide such information to us. We may use this information to contact you upon your request. WE WILL NEVER SELL, TRADE OR LEASE YOUR INFORMATION TO ANY OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION FOR SOLICITATION OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.
